Bio:

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, K-12 from the State University of New York at Cortland. I have experience in tutoring and teaching literature and composition, as well as English fundamentals from a preschool to an adult level. As a tutor, I have supported college students, many learning English as a new language, in accessing course material as well as developing successful assignments from those materials. While pursuing my degree, I and a few select students worked with esteemed language professors in delivering weekly, virtual English reading lessons to students from El Universidad de Ibague in Columbia. I would later student teach under the wing of two very experienced middle school ENL teachers to an incredibly diverse student body. After graduating, I worked in early childcare for almost two years and even led my own preschool classroom.
